Role Overview: ICT Assistant

Experience: At least 12 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related role.
Skills:

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications.
Familiarity with database management and server configuration.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Languages: Fluency in English and Urdu.
